General Terms of Use
Registration and Use Conditions
The user must be legally eligible to use the platform and must be duly authorized by the entity they represent when registering or using the platform’s services. The user is required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and not share them with third parties. The platform reserves the right to suspend an account, restrict access to its services, or terminate the account in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, the provision of inaccurate or misleading information, or the use of the platform without the proper authority or authorization from the entity represented by the user.

The customer may select and use the services available on the platform in accordance with the approved packages, subscriptions, and pricing, and complete payments through the available payment channels. 4Rounds is committed to providing the agreed digital services and functionalities in accordance with the applicable service levels. The platform shall not be considered a party to any independent services or activities carried out between the customer and any third party through integrations or services connected to the platform.

Payment Policy
All payments must be made exclusively through the approved payment methods available within the 4Rounds platform. External payment links are not published or shared through social media or any other channels. All financial transactions conducted through the platform are recorded in protected electronic records, which may only be accessed or managed by authorized users in accordance with their assigned permissions. In the event of a dispute or a financial transaction under review, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend or hold the relevant amount until the matter is verified and the appropriate action is taken in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

The customer may cancel a request before the service delivery begins, in accordance with the approved Cancellation and Refund Policy, with any applicable fees or conditions clearly communicated before the request is completed. Request approvals and service delivery procedures are subject to the governance controls established within the platform, and the customer will be notified of the request status and relevant approvals. If service delivery has already commenced, any cancellation or refund request will be evaluated based on the delivery status and the actual completion percentage of the agreed service. In the event of a material failure by the service provider to deliver the service, the customer may request a refund in accordance with the approved Refund Policy.

The platform does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes arising from the use of its services and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from misuse of the platform or its use in violation of the Terms and Conditions. If any suspicious activity, unlawful use, or activity that violates the platform’s policies is detected, 4Rounds reserves the right to suspend or restrict the account of the user or relevant entity and take the necessary actions, including imposing any applicable fees or penalties in accordance with the Agreement, approved policies, and relevant laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct
The platform may not be used for any activity that violates the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other applicable laws, or to publish or transmit any abusive or unlawful content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights or the rights of others. Users are also prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or circumvent the platform’s security and protection measures, or from making any unauthorized use of or misuse of its services, data, or systems.
The platform may not be used for any activity that violates the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other applicable laws, or to publish or transmit any abusive or unlawful content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights or the rights of others. Users are also prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or circumvent the platform’s security and protection measures, or from making any unauthorized use of or misuse of its services, data, or systems.

All intellectual property rights relating to the 4Rounds platform, including its design, logo, software and code, text, content, interfaces, functionalities, and databases, are reserved by the platform or the respective rights holders. No part of the platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or used outside the scope of authorized use without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a separate contract or agreement with a customer in another country specifies a different applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or its services shall, to the extent possible, be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent arbitration body or court in accordance with the applicable law and the place of residence or registration of the contracting entity.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a separate contract or agreement with a customer in another country specifies a different applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or its services shall, to the extent possible, be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent arbitration body or court in accordance with the applicable law and the place of residence or registration of the contracting entity.
