Terms of usage

إن الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بهيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية وما فيه من خدمات ومواقع أخرى متشعبة منه متاح لاستخدامك الشخصي، ويخضع دخولك واستخدامك لهذا الموقع لبنود وشروط الاستخدام وللأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة، وكذلك يعد وصولك ودخولك إلى الموقع وخدماته موافقة دون قيد أو شرط على بنود وشروط الاستخدام، سواءً كنت مستخدماً مسجلاً أم لا، وتسري هذه الموافقة اعتباراً من تاريخ أول استخدام لك لهذا الموقع. يصبح أي تعديل لهذه البنود والشروط نافذاً فور إعلانه، ما لم يُبين خلاف ذلك، ويعني استمرارك في استخدام هذا الموقع بعد إعلان أي تعديل قبول تام لذلك التعديل.

A user who requests a consulting service for a fee.

A user who provides consulting services via the platform.

Any consultation, content, or support provided through the platform.

General Terms of Use

- Users must be 18 years or older, or have guardian consent if younger. - Users must provide accurate and complete information upon registration. - Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and not share them with others. - The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating the terms or providing false information.

- The client selects the appropriate consulting service and completes payment through the platform. - The consultant must provide the service within the agreed timeframe and quality standards. - The platform acts as a technical intermediary between clients and consultants and is not directly responsible for the content of the consultations.

- All payments must be made through the platform’s approved payment methods. -The platform deducts the fixed fee and agreed commission before transferring amounts to the consultant. - Payment links are not shared on social media and are processed exclusively inside the platform’s secure system, accessible only by the authorized party (client or consultant). - In case of a dispute, the platform has the right to hold payments until the matter is resolved.

- Clients may cancel the order before the service starts and receive a refund after deducting administrative fees. Consultant approval is fully monitored, and the client is notified. - If the consultant has started the service, the platform will evaluate the case to determine the refundable amount based on the agreed completion percentage.

- All services and content provided are the responsibility of the consultant and client. The platform reviews services periodically to ensure quality improvement. - The platform offers no explicit or implied guarantees regarding results. - The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of services. - In case of suspicious activity, the platform may suspend the consultant or client, impose applicable fines, and consider it misuse of the platform.

- Using the platform for any illegal activity under Saudi or international laws. - Posting or sending offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content. - Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform’s systems or services.

- All design, logo, code, text, and content rights of the platform are reserved to 4 rounds for Consulting Services. - No part of the platform may be copied or republished without prior written consent.

- The platform is committed to protecting user data in accordance with Saudi and international data protection laws. - Data is not shared with third parties except to provide the service or upon request from an authorized governmental entity. - Users have the right to request deletion of their data at any time.

- The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with users notified via email or in-platform notice. - Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia or applicable international laws. - Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia or in other countries where the platform is launched.
